  • Nick Halaris

    Nick has spent the last 15 years as a real estate entrepreneur and has invested in over $300M worth of properties.  He is a co-founder and the President of Metros Capital, a design-centric residential development firm based in West Hollywood, and has a track record that includes investing and developing over 2,500 multifamily units and 150 homes.  Nick is also the author of Profit+, a popular newsletter designed to help people pursue success without compromise, and the host of the Nick Halaris Show podcast.  He holds a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan.  Nick resides in West Hollywood with his family and enjoys writing, extreme fitness, helping entrepreneurs, and giving back to the community.     

  • John Young

    John has five decades of experience as a real estate entrepreneur and has invested and developed in excess of $1B of properties . Over his illustrious career, he has co-founded and ran multiple companies, including Young Homes, which built 4,000 homes, developed 3,300 finished lots and produced over $1.3 billion in revenue.  He's a co-founder and the Chairman of Metros Capital, a design-centric residential development firm based in West Hollywood, and a longtime industry leader with a track record that includes being the President of the California Building Industry Association.  John resides in Dana Point with his family and enjoys reading, golfing, mentoring entrepreneurs, and spending time with his grandkids.

  • Nick Fenmore

    Nick has worked for the past decade as a Principal at Metros Capital, a design-centric residential development firm based in West Hollywood. He has managed every stage of development, from acquisition to construction, on projects ranging from newly built single-family homes and apartments to the repositioning of over 100 vintage multifamily units. In addition to overseeing development, Nick played a key role in arranging the financing for all projects, totaling over $75M. Nick is a lifelong entrepreneur and has created various businesses in music, finance and real estate. Nick resides in Sherman Oaks with his family, and enjoys yoga and building houses.

  • Max Friedman

    Max has spent the past 15 years in commercial real estate finance, leading teams and closing in excess of $1B of debt and equity for middle market developers and investors, nationwide. His activities have focused on arranging construction financing and bridge financing across property types, in many cases utilizing private credit sources. Max holds an MBA from IESE Business School, along with a Master's Degree from Columbia University. Prior to grad school, he worked at Goldman Sachs in New York in the Equities Division. Max resides in Santa Monica with his family, and enjoys hiking and tennis.
